I.D. Company - I.D. Company (1970)


The I.D. acronym comes from Inga Rumpf and Dagmar Krause. They are both German vocalists, who joined to record this album in the begining of their careers. Later they sung in a number of groups such as Slapp Happy, Henry Cow and Art Bear (Dagmar) and Frumpy, Atlantis (Inga). Inga wrote and performed the songs from Side A (three first tracks), the songs are exprimental with Indian music elements. While Dagmar in the Side B perfomed songs even experimental/avantgarde tempered with slow bursts of flute and sax.

G.T.O's - Permanent Damage (1969)



Girls Together Outrageously or just G.T.O's was a all groupies band formed to record this album. According to Rolling Stone magazine: "The GTOS are a sociological creation of Frank Zappa's. He didn't create the GTOs; he merely made a 'group' of them...and now is presenting them" or just produced by Frank Zappa.The girls were Miss Pamela (Pamela Des Barres), sometimes called The Queen of the Supergroupies, Miss Sparky (Linda Sue Parker), Miss Lucy (Lucy Offerall), Miss Christine (Christine Frka), Miss Sandra (Sandra Leano), Miss Mercy and Miss Cynderella.
Oh! Yeah, the music. It is something with psychedelic elements with contributions from Lowell George, Jeff Beck, Rod Stewart and others.
